This method was written collectively by ACA artist ambassadors and can serve any age group, including those with unique needs (such as cognitive challenges, emotional imbalance, physical disability, pain management, traumatic stress, and as an aid to combat loneliness and isolation – especially among elders).

Do I need to complete the ACA Arts & Wellness Academy before scheduling a coaching appointment?

It is not necessary, but highly recommended.


Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
